Interpretation and Scope of Agreement

In this document, references to "iringgit", "we" or "platform" refer to the online betting and casino platform accessible via the website iringgit.onl. References to "user", "you" or "player" refer to any individual who registers an account or uses the services provided by iringgit.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by iringgit, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, table games, and all related promotions and bonus programmes.

We reserve the right to amend, add to or remove any provision in this document at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time. Use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

User Eligibility and Age Restriction

By registering an account at iringgit, you confirm and agree that:

• You are 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• You are registering in your own capacity as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You reside in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by any regulatory body.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.

iringgit reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Failure to comply with this request may result in account suspension or closure.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and closure of all related accounts.

The registered username must match the name on a valid identity document. iringgit will not process withdrawals if the information does not match.

Account passwords are confidential and it is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that passwords are not shared or disclosed to any other party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The iringgit platform supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction conditions that must be observed:

• The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the user's own name. Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted.
• iringgit reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

iringgit does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, individual payment service providers may impose their own charges which are outside iringgit's control.

Funds deposited into an account are solely for the purpose of betting within the iringgit platform. Any attempt to use the platform as a money exchange facility or for money laundering will be acted upon accordingly.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by iringgit are subject to the conditions and eligibility criteria set out. Users are deemed to have read and accepted the relevant conditions before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: iringgit offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received:

• Example 1 — Deposit RM100, bonus RM150, balance RM250, wagering requirement: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250.
• Example 2 — Deposit RM2,200, bonus RM1,500, balance RM3,700, wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

Any withdrawal requested before the wagering requirements have been met in full will result in the bonus and related winnings being removed from the account balance. iringgit reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the system.

The iringgit VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% respectively. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and betting history over time.

Game Rules and Integrity

All games available on the iringgit platform are operated by licensed software providers that comply with industry standards. Game outcomes are generated through a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent auditing body.

Users are prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or by colluding with other players.
• Exploiting technical errors or system faults to obtain money or credits unlawfully. Any winnings obtained through a technical error will be voided.
• Placing bets using an account registered in another person's name.

iringgit's decision on all matters relating to game integrity and disputes is final.

Account Closure and Enforcement Action

iringgit reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, misrepresentation or submission of false documents.
• Suspicious behaviour or conduct potentially involving money laundering.
• Requests from competent authorities or regulatory agencies.
• Users who re-register after their account has previously been closed.

In cases of confirmed account closure that do not involve a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting our support team. Closure requests linked to a responsible gambling programme will be processed promptly and at no charge.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

iringgit provides the betting platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, temporary outages or unforeseen errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, iringgit is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users in betting activities.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond iringgit's control, including internet outages, natural disasters or government directives.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

Users acknowledge that betting involves the risk of losing money and iringgit does not provide any guarantee of winnings or returns from betting activities.

Privacy and Data Protection

iringgit respects user privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information collected. The collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by the iringgit Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By registering, users give iringgit permission to process their personal data for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, service communications and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the iringgit platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, unless the parties agree in writing to another method.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
